What is the Healing Diet?

The Healing Diet focuses on 3 main areas of change in your diet to reduce inflammation and detoxify the body:

  1. Change your protein: Eat only grass-fed meat and free-range poultry, legumes and cold-water fish.
  2. Change your fats: Coconut oil, olive oil, and butter, plus a few less-common oils, are the only fats on the grocery shelves that are not rancid.
